Introducing Pullman fine dining with Mitch Tonks
As the UK’s only on-train fine dining restaurant, we wanted someone with passion and skill to help us uphold and refresh this wonderfully British tradition. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a new partnership with award-winning restaurateur and chef Mitch Tonks.
Mitch has created a menu using our wonderful local produce including the seafood of the South West which he strongly believes to be the finest in the world. The wines have been chosen from the wine list of his award winning Seahorse restaurant in Dartmouth and have been matched with the food.

Your meal on a Pullman service will be freshly cooked by one of our highly skilled chefs using the freshest GM free ingredients, many of which are sourced locally from suppliers in the South West and Wales.
Pullman Menu
Whet your appetite with the array of dishes from our superb dining menu with ingredients sourced from the West Country. Our lunchtime and dinner menu has been specially developed in partnership with Chef Mitch Tonks of the Seahorse Restaurant in Dartmouth. Some products may contain nuts and any allergy sufferers are advised to contact our customer relations department before dining. The on board Service Leader will advise you of any changes to the advertised menu.

Pullman Dining services are open to all ticket holders although, on busy services, priority is given to First Class ticket holders. Please contact the Pullman Service Leader when you board to request a table in the restaurant. Pullman Dining services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
First Class Pullman Booking
A booking facility is available for First Class customers who would like to dine on either the 1803 or 1903 Paddington to Plymouth services. Please call 08457 000 125 before 1515 on the day of travel to book a seat in the restaurant. After 1515 you can make your booking in person in the Paddington First Class Lounge.
