On board Services and Facilities

When travelling on the Night Riviera there are different on board services depending on if you have decided to take advantage of one of our cabins. This page outlines our On Board Cabin Facilities. Customer Host

Every train has a Customer Host who is there for your comfort and safety. Hosts are there to help you with your on board travel needs,  which includes providing refreshments to your cabin.

Food and Drink

All travellers are provided with a wakeup call and a choice of breakfast.

Your complimentary breakfast includes; a choice of cereals, a bacon baguette or a plain croissant (vegetarian option).

If you would like something else, you can purchase drinks and hot or cold snacks from the Lounge Bar.

Luggage

Your luggage can be stored in your cabin. However, if you have bulky or large items, we are happy to store these items in the guards van on your behalf.

Toilets

There are two unisex toilets available at both ends of each coach.

VOLO TV

All of our single cabins have a VOLO TV entertainment system, which provides a selection of TV Programmes and Films for your viewing pleasure.

Guide Dogs and Pets

Guide dogs are permitted into your cabin. If you wish to travel with your pets, they can travel in the guards van in a suitable pet carrier.

Facilities at Paddington Station

First Class lounge

Cabin Ticket holders boarding the Night Riviera at London Paddington can use our First Class Lounge from 21.30, this is located on platform one. 

Showers

Cabin ticket holders departing or arriving at London Paddington can use the Network Rail showers located on platform 12 available 24 hours a day.
