Existing Customers - Renew your season ticket online

We can now offer season ticket renewals and purchases online to existing customers who possess a Photocard ID.

Simply follow the simple steps from the link below, to buy monthly, quarterly or annual ticket. You can also tailor make your season ticket with dates to suit you.

New Customers

To decide which season ticket best suits your needs download the seaon ticket application form. Once you have decided and completed the application form, take it your local staffed station along with a passport-sized photograph of yourself.



When can you buy a season ticket?

New tickets or renewals following a break of continuityA ticket may be issued
7 day season tickets and Travelcards On the start date - If the start date is a Monday (or Tuesday after a Bank Holiday), the season ticket may be issued from 0600 hours on the previous Sunday.
Period season tickets and Travelcards (including Annual and Gold Cards) If the start date is a Saturday, Sunday or Monday (also Tuesday after a Bank Holiday), the ticket may be issued from noon on the previous Friday.
If the start date is another day, the ticket may be issued after noon on the previous day.

Renewals - Where the current ticket is surrendered with no break of continuityA ticket may be issued:
7 day season tickets and Travelcards If the start date is a Sunday or Monday (or Tuesday after a Bank Holiday), the season ticket may be issued from noon on the previous Friday. If the start date is another day, the ticket may be issued after noon on the previous day.
Period season tickets and Travelcards (including Annual and Gold Cards) The ticket may be issued anytime up to SEVEN DAYS in advance
