Meet the Manager

First Great Western holds 25 ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions each year, at various stations throughout our network. During these sessions, you are invited to meet our senior managers and directors to discuss your thoughts and suggestions about our services. All sessions at stations are during evening peak travelling times, from 16:30 or 17:00 to 19:00.

Meet the Manager on the train

During 2012, we'll be holding some Meet the Manager sessions on the trains, to ensure you have the opportunity to speak with managers who are responsible for your station and the services you use.
