You can use our Facebook Page to:
- Ask us a question about our service
- Share your experience of our service with others
- Make a suggestion about how we can improve our service
- Show us your favourite pictures from out and about on our trains (we love that!)
- Or just drop in for a chat with our friendly team.
Come and talk to us by posting to our page or send us a private message. We will reply to as many of your posts as we can. All we ask is that you keep it clean and friendly – we have feelings too!
Our staff are important to us and we do everything we can to respect their privacy. Therefore, we can’t deal with any staff complaints on Facebook. Any posts identifying a member of our team will be hidden from the page. If you want to give us some feedback on any of our staff members, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and your comments will be properly investigated.
